Day 4 - China

In China, the only legal Church is controlled by the Communist government where they control Churches, watch their activities, and make sure the Church is abiding by the rules which don't allow Christians to worship and gather freely. Due to this, many Christians are a part of underground house Churches in China where they meet in secret, and many Chinese Christians do not have their own Bible. Praise

• Praise God that Hong Kong has more freedom and access for missionaries and Biblical material to enter.
• Praise God for the rapid church growth happening in cities throughout China.
• Praise God for many academics and professionals who have turned to Christ while abroad and are bringing the gospel back to their urban settings and for their influence in government, business, media, the legal system, and academia.

Prayer

• Pray for protection for those who continue to produce and distribute Christian media to smuggle into China.
• Pray for protection for the mission workers and underground church leaders in Hong Kong as the government increases control.
• Pray for God to reveal himself to the people in China in unique ways even on the far ends of the land.
